- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumsin seeds
- 5 _6 curry leaves
- 2 _3 bay leaves
- 6 _7 bowl water
- 1 tbsp refind oil
- For serving -
- as required Homemade ghee
- 1 Lemon
- leaves as required Coriander
Instructions to make to make Dal dhokli
- 1st method_
First turn - I took a pan & put on the wheat flour and all dhokli's materials.
And ready to tight dow.
And coverd the lid for
15_20 minutes. - 2nd turn_ took a pan and added all pulses and wash well.
- 3rd turn_ I took a pressure cooker on d gas mid flown and put oil aNd after some minutes I added mustard seeds, cumsin seeds, bay leaves, curry leaves, red dry chilli 🌶
And turmeric powder & red pepper and immediately water(spices are not wound). - When water was boiled well
I mashed dow and rolled my dow a round & big (size 3_4).
And that cut a small and mid size rectangle,square shapes.
And put on the pressure cooker one by one then boiled water for 5 minutes. - And I added all pulses, salt and coverd pressure cooker's lid and took 5_6 visuals.

After cold that I opened lid and ready our dal dhokli. - 2nd method_
I took a pressure cooker on the high gas flam.
And 5_6 visuals all pulses.
And turm off the gas flam. - 2nd way I took a pan on d gas mid flam and put the oil after some minutes I added mustard seeds, cumsin seeds, bay leaves, curry leaves, red dry chilli, red pepper, turmeric powder & water 4_5 bowl.
- While our boiled water meanwhile I prepared and mashed well dow and rolled round and big size that.
After that I rolled a dow and cut the rectangle and square shaped. - I put on the boiled water one by one and cooked 20_25 minutes well.
- After that, I added all boiled pulses and salt and cooked 15_20 minutes well on the mid flam.
