Instructions to make to make Qeema Matar
- Cooker mein qeema, onion, garlic cloves, salt, turmeric powder, whole spices and 2 cups water dal k cover kar k medium flame per rakh dain.
- Jab 5 minutes whistle chlye tu flame band kar k 5 minutes rest dein k cover hata dain aur flame on kar dain. Water agr hy tu dry karein.
- Red chilli, black seeds, crushed Cumin, crushed Coriander, green chillies, ginger, tomatoes paste and oil dal k achy se cook karein.
- Jab oil nikal aye matar dal k aik glass water add karein aur cover kar k medium flame per rakh dain. Jab whistle 5-6 minutes chal jye flame off karein.
- After 5 minutes cover hata dain aur cook karein.
- Dried Fenugreek hands mein masal kar dalein aur garam masala powder dal k mix karein.
- Qeema matar ready hy serve hot with raita, salad and roti. Enjoy 😋
